Refund policy
How to get your money back.
In short: within 14 days of buying, if you have run three paid stations or fewer, you get a full refund and we don’t ask why. After that, we still read every email, and anything that broke on our side is always put right. Details below.
1. The refund window
Within 14 days of purchase, with three paid stations or fewer: full refund, no reason needed. Email hello@medovo.app from the address on your account and ask for your money back. That’s all you need to do.
The free station doesn’t count toward the three. It is there so you can try the product before you buy.
The same window applies to both products, counted from the day you paid. An Interview week lasts seven days from your first station, so it can end while you are still inside the 14-day window. If it does, and you ran three stations or fewer, you still get a full refund. And if you paid for a week and it ran out without you running a single station, write to us anyway. We will refund it.
2. Why there is a limit
Every station costs us money to run from the moment it starts, and that cost can’t be undone. Three stations are enough to tell whether Medovo works for you, and few enough that we can absorb the cost if it doesn’t.
3. When it is our fault
None of the limits above apply to something that broke on our side.
- A station that failed (it didn’t start, the examiner never appeared, the audio broke, the report never arrived) is returned to your account. It doesn’t count as one of your three, and it doesn’t count against your purchase. If it wasn’t returned automatically, tell us. You don’t need to prove it.
- If the product doesn’t work for you at all (meaning it doesn’t run, not that you didn’t like it), you get the whole purchase back whenever you tell us, inside the 14-day window or long after it.
- If we change what you bought in a way that takes something away, and you paid before the change, you can get the unused part refunded.
4. What we do not refund
- Stations you have already run, after the window in section 1, when nothing went wrong with them.
- Time you didn’t use. If your Interview week started and ran out before you used all of it, we still delivered that week. Section 4 of the terms of sale explains when the week starts, and why it starts with your first station rather than your payment.
- The outcome. Not getting an interview, an offer or a match is not a reason for a refund, because we never sold those. Section 7 of the terms of sale says so before you pay.
- Disagreeing with a score. The feedback is machine-generated and can be wrong. Tell us where you think it went wrong and we will look at the station. That helps us fix the product, but it isn’t grounds for a refund.
5. How to ask
Send one email to hello@medovo.app from the address on your account. Say what you bought and, if something broke, roughly when. You don’t need a form, a reason or a reference number.
We reply within three business days, and once we agree to a refund, we start it the same day. How long the money takes to reach you depends on the payment provider and your bank: usually a few days, sometimes up to two weeks. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. We never refund any other way, so anyone offering to do that is not us.
6. Before you call your bank
You can always dispute a charge with your bank. We would ask you to email us first, because it is faster for you.
A bank dispute takes weeks or months, and while it is open you have neither the money nor the product. An email to us gets an answer within three business days, usually sooner, and inside the window above it ends in a refund with no argument. The charge on your statement comes from our payment provider and may not say “Medovo”. If that is what looks wrong, just ask us.
7. Your rights where you live
This policy adds to your legal rights; it doesn’t replace them. If consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund than this page does, that right applies.
8. Contact
